If you register an account on our site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All orders placed under your account are deemed authorized by you. We make efforts to display accurate product photos, sizes, descriptions and pricing. However, slight color variations may appear due to different screen displays on your device. 4. Order & Payment

When you submit an order, it represents an offer to purchase goods. Your contract is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorized and we accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including out-of-stock inventory, detected fraud, invalid shipping address, or payment failure. All orders are subject to validation.

5. Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

We provide free shipping for one item per order. Delivery estimated time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Import duties, local taxes and customs fees imposed by your destination country are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Please check your local customs rules before purchase.

6. Return & Refund Terms

All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse in China. Buyers cover all return shipping, customs and related fees. Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Goods must remain unworn, unwashed and retain original tags. Refunds will be processed 5–10 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items. 7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, website text, images and design elements shown on jugjet.com are intellectual property owned by Changchun Shijiang Garment Co., Ltd. You are prohibited from using our brand assets for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jugjet and Changchun Shijiang Garment Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your order, including but not limited to missed events, travel costs or lost earnings. Our total liability for any single order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance or events out of our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or connected with your use of this website or purchase transactions shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court located at our company registered address.
