Payment Policy - jugjet

This Payment Policy sets out payment rules for all orders placed on https://www.jugjet.com, operated by Changchun Shijiang Garment Co., Ltd. By completing checkout, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the selected payment method and consent to the transaction charges described below.

1. Accepted Payment Options

Our checkout supports secure payment via these methods:

Google Pay

These digital wallet and card options enable fast, encrypted checkout. Available payment choices may vary slightly depending on your device, region and the wallet settings on your phone or browser. We do not support cash on delivery, bank wire transfers or cryptocurrency payments.

2. Transaction Authorization & Charging

When you submit your order, our payment processor will run a pre-authorisation check on your selected payment instrument to confirm available funds. The actual charge will be captured once we validate your order details and begin processing your shipment. If the pre-authorisation fails, your order will not be confirmed, and no funds will be deducted. Temporary pending holds on your card are controlled by your card issuer and may remain visible for several business days, which is outside our control.

3. Currency & Order Amount

All product prices shown on our website are displayed in the currency selected on our store. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account uses a different currency. Such bank charges are borne by the buyer and are not added or collected by Jugjet.

4. Security of Payment Information

We never receive or permanently store your full card number, CVV or private wallet credentials on our servers. All payment information is transmitted through an encrypted payment gateway. Card and wallet data are processed by certified third-party payment providers who comply with global data security standards.

5. Refund Processing for Payment

When a refund is approved under our Return Policy, funds will be sent back to the original payment method you used at checkout.

Apple Pay / Google Pay refunds return to the linked card inside your wallet.
Visa and Mastercard refunds go back to the original card account. Please note that the speed of the refund posting to your account depends entirely on your bank or card issuer, and can take extra business days beyond our 5–10 business day processing window.

6. Order Validation & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to review orders for security purposes. In certain cases, we may request additional identity verification before releasing your order. If we identify suspicious or high-risk payment activity, we have the authority to cancel the transaction and reverse the charge.
